The International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) has experienced considerable growth over the past two years. To ensure the IS-BAO Management Team has a blueprint to facilitate management of the increase in demand and importance of the industry standard, a comprehensive study was conducted of business model options.
